Client confidentiality

ISI Consulting Group works under confidentiality agreements with its clients. Client names, logos and attributed testimonials are not published on this website. Engagements are described by sector and by the nature of the work rather than by the identity of the organization.

How published results are validated

Figures published on this site come from completed engagements and are validated with client leadership before publication. Results vary by engagement and depend on scope, baseline performance, required investment and implementation speed. Ranges are shown where the outcome varied across sites, functions or scenarios rather than reduced to a single number.

Accessibility

This website is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background, large text and graphical elements at least 3 to 1. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator. Images carry descriptive alternative text, headings follow a logical order, and no essential function depends on hover or on color alone. Motion respects the reduced motion setting in the operating system.
