Role overview
ISI Consulting Group is seeking experienced independent consultants to support client engagements, proposals, assessments, and transformation initiatives. Consultants will work with client leaders and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities, design practical solutions, and support implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or support rapid assessments, detailed assessments, transformation programs, and implementation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes, operating models, performance data, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops.
- Develop recommendations, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Support PMO governance, project management, change management, and performance tracking.
- Work collaboratively with client SMEs, analysts, technology teams, and operational leaders.
Desired background
- Five to seven years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, Lean transformation, supply chain, procurement, reliability, maintenance, PMO leadership, digital transformation, or change management.
- Experience in energy, industrial operations, manufacturing, mining, transportation, government, healthcare, or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating as part of a senior delivery team.
